We send everywhere in France, Overseas and some European cities with our partners La Poste, So-Colissimo, Geodis, DHL, UPS, GLS etc. In general, we decide with which transport company we send your goods

The normal delivery time is typically 24 /48h (per carrier) of 2-4 days per colissimo and 3 to 5 days for dispo in Relais points.

For some products, a one-day preparation time can be added.

Shipping Charges

For any order, the shipping charges are calculated automatically. Exception for large items (stage podium, Structure, acoustic foam, ...) please contact us at the following number 0954073856 to calculate the shipping costs if not specified. For Express shipments, we calculate the shipping costs according to the weight of your order. No Send in Counter Reimbursement with DJ Boutique. If your order is delivered several times you will pay only once.

In case of removal in one of our stores, no preparation or transport charges will be applied.

Packaging

With our professional quality packaging, be sure to have only good surprises in unpacking. You can also choose the recycled packaging option to use as little cardboard as possible while maintaining security during transport

Return & Shipment Information

Please keep the original packaging (secondary packaging and stuffing material included) at least 30 days after receipt of the order and if possible, beyond, in order to guarantee a safer transport in case of return or exchange; on the other hand, we do exchange only if the article is returned complete and in its original packaging. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge compensation.

  • Items returned as part of the 30-day right of retraction exercise must be in perfect condition.
